Sedona Pastels

I spent two weeks in the Southwest in September and had a grand time -1700 miles in two weeks in a convertible! I loved drawing the red rocks in Sedona. They were unlike anything I have ever seen! I am posting three of them and have many photographs to work from.

Pastels from the Farmers Market

I have a new series of work I began this summer. I set up a number of times at the Farmers Market and found the produce on the lovely fruit and vegetable stands "still lifes waiting to happen."
The majority of these pieces are on exhibit and for sale at the new Homegrown Restaurant on Merrimon Avenue (the former Picnics).
I also have matted prints, tee shirts, placemats and tote bags with the images and "Homegrown"(before I heard of the restaurant) on them.
Contact me at lplaxico@charter.net for more information or to order.
Thank you!
